ORDERING Payment for goods may be made by cheque or postal
order payable to ‘Wirksworth Tractors’. We do not accept credit or debit
cards. We retain title to all goods supplied until payment
is received in full. RETURNS Claims for goods damaged in transit or shortages
must be made within 5 days of receipt. Goods not required by the buyer may be returned in
saleable condition within 7 days only by prior arrangement with the vendor
and subject to a restocking charge if applicable. GUARANTEE All goods are guaranteed against manufacturing
defects for a period of 12 months. This guarantee does not extend to defects
caused by fair wear and tear. Goods are sold on the strict understanding that we
cannot accept any liability for consequential loss or injury caused by the
fitting of our goods. All goods should be checked before and during fitting
by a qualified mechanic. All parts must be fitted in accordance with original
manufacturers instructions. NOTES OEM part numbers are quoted for reference only and
are not intended to infer that our goods are original equipment. |
